About Kayla Green
Here to help you home.
Like many Alaskans, my family came to this great state through the military, and I am deeply grateful for my father’s service to our country. As a lifelong Alaskan, I have a profound appreciation for this incredible state—especially its people.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and went on to complete dual Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Utah State University. My professional journey has been diverse, spanning healthcare, oil and gas, and real estate. Before transitioning into real estate and energy, I served as a supervisor, manager, and program director in healthcare, where I developed a passion for leadership and organizational development. I remain an active consultant for nonprofits and organizations nationwide.
In the oil and gas industry, I have focused on workforce development, skills-based hiring, and aligning learning strategies with industry needs. My commitment to community extends beyond my professional work—I serve on the State of Alaska Board for Marriage and Family Therapy, the local NAACP, and the board for the American Cancer Society in Alaska. I am also proud to be part of the Black in Alaska project, which highlights diverse voices and experiences across the state.
Outside of my work, I enjoy fishing, camping, woodworking, auto mechanics, photography, movies, supporting Alaska businesses, and, most importantly, spending time with loved ones. Whether in business or community service, my passion lies in helping people and making a meaningful impact in Alaska.
